The Arts, Wellness, and Heritage Group (AWHG) manages the Community Site (AWHCS).  We exist to create a multi-generational, multi-use facility that serves as a hub for arts, wellness, and heritage programming in Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s. The AWHCS will engage and reflect the diverse interests and needs of the community while respecting the historical, cultural, and environmental significance of the site.

The AWH Group’s mandate is to:

• Showcase and support artistic expression and cultural heritage.

• Facilitate wellness opportunities that promote physical, spiritual,
  emotional, and mental well-being.

• Act as a leader in environmental stewardship, ensuring the site remains sustainable, inclusive, and accessible.

• Foster community connection and engagement through shared spaces and programs.
